An Introduction to Communication
The aim of this programme is to help us learn how to communicate effectively by understanding the purpose of communication and the different communication styles we use to convey a message. We will learn how to communicate assertively and what to do when communication is unsuccessful.

- understand what communication is and the importance of effective communication,
- understand the different styles of communication and how we all communicate differently,
- be able to identify your own style of communication and how to be mindful, respectful and assertive when you communicate with others.
